Transforming global logistics with the most advanced and efficient cargo aircraft.
OUR STORY
The Legacy: 1910 vs. Today
In 1910, Phil Parmalee flew the world’s first “cargo only” mission in a Wright Model B, proving that the sky was the fastest route for commerce. But for over a century, the industry has largely relied on passenger planes modified for cargo. At Aerohauler, we believe the next century of cargo flight belongs to purpose-built freighters.
Problem: The Cost of Yesterday
The world is experiencing a logistical revolution. The explosion of e-commerce has created an unprecedented demand for regional, “middle-mile” air freight. Yet, while the demand for fast deliveries is at an all-time high, the supply of efficient aircraft has reached a breaking point.
Today’s regional operators are caught in a financial stranglehold. Forced to fly aging fleets — often retired passenger planes with an average age of 25 years — operators are battling the industry’s greatest enemy: prohibitive operational costs. These converted aircraft were never designed for the rigors of high-cycle cargo missions. They are hemorrhaging money through crushing maintenance and structural mismatches that prevent operators from maximizing every flight.
The Solution: Freighter Intelligence
Aerohauler was founded to solve this cost crisis. We are developing the world’s most advanced cargo aircraft from the ground up to ensure that air freight is as economically profitable as it is fast. By integrating three core technological pillars, we eliminate the inefficiencies of the past:
Innovative Cargo Features: Our aircraft are designed to slash ground turnaround times and maximize revenue-generating volume.
AI & Automation: Implementing intelligent systems, reducing human error and ensuring every mission is flown with peak efficiency.
Purpose-Built Design: Engineering a fuselage designed specifically for cargo, eliminating the wasted weight and volume of converted passenger jets.
