Aerohauler and Emergent Swarm Solutions Collaborate on Autonomous Defense Logistics

Aerohauler is pleased to announce a collaboration with Emergent Swarm Solutions, combining our blended wing body (BWB) cargo drone capabilities with Emergent’s expertise in autonomy, swarming, and mission intelligence.

Aerohauler’s defense cargo drones are designed to move greater payloads over longer distances than conventional VTOL drones, while reducing the dependence on crewed logistics flights in demanding operational environments. Emergent Swarm Solutions brings advanced autonomous collaborative platform (ACP) technology — enabling multiple unmanned systems to coordinate, share situational awareness, and operate as a unified, intelligent network.

Together, this collaboration advances the development of a Cargo ACP: an autonomous, coordinated cargo delivery capability built for resilience in contested environments.

Two clear operational opportunities emerge from this partnership:

Coordinated Multi-Cargo Operations — multiple cargo drones operating within the same mission can coordinate in real time, sharing awareness and functioning as a connected system rather than isolated assets. This increases mission efficiency and adaptability in complex logistics scenarios.

Reconnaissance & Route Clearing — forward-deployed swarm assets can conduct reconnaissance, act as decoys, and assess routes ahead of cargo drone deployment. By identifying threats and building situational awareness before the cargo drone enters an area, this capability meaningfully improves mission survivability.

The combination of Aerohauler’s cargo-optimized airframe and Emergent’s swarm intelligence represents a significant step toward autonomous defense logistics that is not only more capable, but more resilient under pressure.

We look forward to advancing this work together and contributing to the future of military logistics.
